- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I am a new member to BOA and had an awesome experience! I had a man named Faizan Ali who had me in within 10 minutes with a line of people waiting as well. Took me step by step with all information I asked and introduced me to the manager in case he wasn't there. I think this location got the hint they need more employees because all I saw was a lot of them walking around. Definitely coming back to this location.By Darci Page, July 27, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If I could rate not only Bank of America but this particular location a zero I would. Our accounts have been frozen for 4 days now due to their total lack of security - allowing transfers from my account to an outside bank / out of state with only verification of date of birth (anyone can Google that). Fraud department froze my account with an $888,888 hold for only $350 in fraudulent activity. I have received daily notices that my account is overdrawn (by them) and that my BoA credit card payment is overdue (which I cannot pay because they've frozen my account). A 30 minute wait time has turned into an hour with no one at branch checking back with us.By stacy shirley, June 17, 2017
