- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very poor service from this agent. He will not call you when you ask. They also messed up twice on my payments. They charged me for whole 6 months instead of monthly payments. I had to have my bank stop payment on the charge. Then Julie charged amount on an account I don't even own. They are trying to charge me $25 fee because it was returned back from the bank.
