- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was just harassed by this guy when I called to let the office know that I was running a few minutes late for my appointment. While I was trying to register a complaint about this person's behavior, he takes the phone from a very nice lady I was talking to and hangs up on me. I have now placed a complaint with the HR Block Customer care. First bad experience after being a customer for 10 years.
